The generic name for this plug is known as “RJ45 Pass-Through plug”. This new upgraded design has been specifically aimed at giving a cleaner final cut, like a close shave in the bathroom, which means less chance of any protruding overhanging wires shorting or arcing. One can also lock the tool in closed position when not in use.
We have added an adjustable thumbwheel to calibrate for the stripping function so that Data cables like CAT5e, CAT6 or CAT6A can be stripped with complete accuracy and so no more wasting time fumbling around looking for your proper stripping tool or finding out that the wire has not been stripped or the inner cores have been damaged due to bad design
